Celebrity Chef Richard Phillips has expanded the ever popular series of cooking lessons. Richard will demonstrate a series of dishes throughout the day, which you will then be able to prepare. A special focus for this series will be how to create the ultimate 3 course Christmas dinner.

These lessons are fully interactive and 1-2-1, the Perfect Catering team are on hand throughout the day to discuss your requirements and culinary challenges.

The events take place at the food technology department at Bethany School in Goudhurst in their state of the art Kitchen.Early reservations are highly recommended.
